Pink Panther

INGREDIENTS

• 2 fresh mint springs
  
• 1 ounces (3 tablespoons) Mistico (citrus-flavored tequila)
  
• Half cup fresh pink grapefruit juice
  
• About 1/3 cup 7-Up
  
• Garnish: 1 mint spring

In a cocktail shaker combine mint spings with Mistico and crush with the back of a spoon. Add grapefruit juice and strain into a tall glass three-fourths full of ice cubes. Top off drink with 7-Up and garnish with mint sprig.
