Some times referred to as conventionally grown, peppers are grown in soil in an open environment. Through many years of experience, we have located and secured what we feel are optimum growing locations in California as well as Mexico. In most instances, plastic mulch is used to cover the ground to aid in water conservation, weed control and protecting the fruit from direct soil exposure.
