Anything else you would like buyers to know as we head into February?
"Bell Peppers and mini peppers are in peak production, with fantastic quality and promotable volumes. After a slight freeze in Mexico, asparagus production is on the rise. Quality is really good, and supply should be strong later in February, serving as a springboard into peak volume for March."
