The Transportation Supervisor manages daily freight execution while improving how we schedule loads, manage carriers, and coordinate across teams. This is a hands-on, decision-making role, not a transactional dispatch seat. You will solve problems, improve processes, and directly influence service and cost outcomes.

The Sales Assistant is a core member of the Prime Time sales team, responsible for communication, coordination, and follow-through that keep orders accurate, customers informed, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll manage day-to-day account execution, ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and handled with urgency. You’ll work across teams to keep information, orders, and communication aligned. The relationships we’ve built with our retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers are everything, and you’ll be a hands-on part of supporting and strengthening them through consistent execution.

The Prime Time Summer Internship Program offers real-world, hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Interns are welcomed with an onboarding process that includes company introductions, field visits, and a guided tour of our packing facility. The program is designed to help students grow professionally while gaining valuable insight into the fresh produce industry.
