Fajita Bell Pepper Tostadas





Ingredients
INSTRUCTIONS

1Heat the refried beans according to package instructions.

2Thinly slice the colorful bell peppers and add to a large bowl. Add the fajita seasoning to the bell peppers and toss to coat.

3Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot add the olive oil. Add the seasoned bell peppers and sauté 5 to 7 minutes until cooked but still a bit crunchy. Remove for heat.

4Spread an equal amount of the refried beans on the tostadas. Followed by the sour cream. Add a large helping of the colorful bell peppers to the top of each tostada. Garnish with a splash of lime juice and/or chopped cilantro.
