Mini Pepper Santa Hats

Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

    Let the boursin cheese come to room temperature. Once soft add to a pastry bag with a small circular decorating tip, alternatively add the cheese to a zip lock bag and snip off the corner with a scissors.

    Cut the tops off the mini peppers to create a cone shape and remove any seeds if necessary. If the mini pepper is really big you might want to cut off a little more so it looks more like a santa hat.

    Pipe cheese around the opening of the cut pepper and then place on the cracker to hold the pepper in place.

    Pipe around the bottom of the pepper creating the base of the hat, then pipe a small amount on the tip of the pepper to complete the hat. Repeat with the remaining peppers and crackers.
