1Prep all vegetables: Wash and dry thoroughly. Trim ends of asparagus and blanch lightly if desired (optional). Slice bell peppers and cucumbers; halve or slice radishes and watermelon radish

2Choose your board or platter and arrange small bowls with hummus and ranch dip first.

3Build around the dips, starting with larger items like bell peppers, asparagus, and cucumber spears.

4Fill in gaps with smaller veggies like cherry tomatoes, snap peas, and radish slices

5Add garnish with sprigs of fresh dill or parsley for a fresh look.

6Finish with snacks: Scatter pretzel crisps and a small bowl of pistachios on the side.
