Veggie Sandwich Tacos





Ingredients
INSTRUCTIONS

1Dice the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and cucumber into small pieces. Add the diced veggies to a paper towel lined plate to soak up any extra moisture.

2Use a drinking glass to cut out a circle shape out of each slice of bread.

3On each of the circles of bread lightly spread on some of the whipped cream cheese. To each piece of bread add a few pieces of the diced red bell pepper, diced yellow pepper, and cucumber. Gently fold to make the veggie sandwich taco.
